Every panel carries a model number on its data plate and a code inside the door. Either one gets you here.
Panel documents are published one folder per model, so the code printed inside a panel keeps working through every revision of the manual.
Many panels are fed by more than one circuit. Disconnect every feed and verify with a voltage tester before opening a panel — a control circuit can stay live with the main breaker off.

Panels we engineer and manufacture for equipment manufacturers, badged to their brand. The documentation is published for the technician standing at the panel — support belongs to the name on the equipment, and each panel's documents say who to call.

Support follows the name on the equipment. Panels built under a customer's brand are supported by that customer — the manual names who to call. For Legacy-branded LE panels, end users contact the dealer or installer who supplied their system; dealer and sales enquiries come to us. That is deliberate: the people who know the installation should answer the phone.
