Simplex Time Dose Pump Control Panel

Cyclic time-dose simplex pump control · Elko CRM-2H_UNI asymmetrical timer · 120/240 VAC field selectable · 3-float control. UL 508A Listed, file E547664. LE-4002 is the panel only; LE-4004 includes the float switch set.

Read first — 120/240 V selection

Ships configured for 120 V with a grouping pin between Terminal 2 and Neutral — remove the pin for 240 V and verify with a multimeter before energizing. A neutral is required even at 240 V — the alarm and control devices operate at 120 V. De-energize the panel and verify with a voltage tester before opening it. There are no overload devices in this panel; high water is alarm only and never interrupts the pump.

Supply circuit: Minimum supply circuit ampacity 30 A (25 A pump branch + 5 A alarm & control circuit branch), single feed · field-supplied main disconnect and feeder breaker
