Simplex Pump Control Panel
Demand (float-controlled) simplex pump control · 120/240 VAC field selectable · 3-float or 2-float configuration. UL 508A Listed, file E547664. LE-4001 is the panel only; LE-4003 includes the float switch set.
A factory wire jumper powers the control circuit from L1 — the panel will not operate without it. Where a separate 120 V control-circuit feed is installed instead (jumper removed), THAT FEED STAYS ENERGIZED when the main feed is off — disconnect every feed and verify with a voltage tester before opening the panel. Ships configured 120 V (grouping pin between Terminal 2 and Neutral); remove the pin for 240 V and verify with a multimeter before energizing. A neutral is required even at 240 V — the control circuit operates at 120 V.
