Gravity UV Aeration Control Panel
Continuous aeration · UV lamp supervision · high-water annunciation · factory-integrated CAM-4G cellular alarm. 120 VAC single phase, two separate feeds. For Hydro-Action® gravity-flow aerobic treatment systems. UL 508A Listed, file E547664.
This panel is fed by TWO separate 120 V circuits: main power on terminal 1 and a dedicated control / alarm feed on terminal 2. The control feed keeps the alarm circuit and the CAM-4G module energized when main power is lost, so terminal 2 remains energized with the main feed off. Disconnect BOTH circuits and verify with a voltage tester before opening the panel. Neutrals from both feeds must land on the same neutral bus in the feeder panel. The CAM-4G module contains four non-rechargeable AA batteries — remove them before any internal service on the module, and never attempt to recharge them.

Quick Start Guide Operation Manual Specification Sheet Troubleshooting GuideAt a glance
- Model
- CP-001-2-0003 — Gravity UV Aeration Control Panel
- Supply
- 120 VAC, 60 Hz, single phase — two separate feeds: main power (terminal 1) and control / alarm (terminal 2)
- Total FLA / SCCR
- 10 A · SCCR 5 kA
- Supply circuits
- Main power on a 15 A breaker · control / alarm circuit 5 A max · field-supplied main disconnect required
- Compressor
- 120 V, ¼ HP max (5.0 FLA) — runs continuously whenever main power is present
- Overloads
- None in this panel — the motor must incorporate integral overload protection
- Branch protection
- Internal branch-circuit protection is sized to the connected load and control system requirements. The installer selects the upstream feeder and main disconnect and sizes all supply conductors per the NEC, including Articles 240, 310 and 430.
- UV
- Electronic or magnetic ballast · 25–35 W customer-supplied lamp · supervised by a PRI-51/1 current monitoring relay, trip level and 0.5–10 s response delay factory set
- Protection
- An air pressure switch verifies compressor output; loss of air pressure raises a compressor fault. A UV fault, compressor fault or high water raises the beacon, horn and an SMS. High water is annunciation only — it never interrupts the compressor or UV.
- Alarm
- Red beacon · 95 dB horn · silence push-button · R1 dry-contact relay (NO/NC/COM) · fed from the control circuit
- Cellular alarm
- Factory-integrated CAM-4G · 4G LTE CAT-1 with 3G/2G fallback · SMS to up to three numbers · four dry-contact or conductivity inputs · four AA non-rechargeable backup batteries, replace annually · configured entirely by SMS text command
- Enclosure
- Type 4X (NEMA 4X) polycarbonate · −30 °F to 140 °F
- Field wiring
- Copper, 600 V, 60 °C minimum · DK4N / DK4N-PE 22–10 AWG · DK2.5N / DK2.5N-PE 22–12 AWG
- Terminal torque
- Dinkle rated values — DK4N / DK4N-PE (GG12) M3 at 0.6 N·m (5.3 in-lbs) · DK2.5N / DK2.5N-PE M2.5 at 0.4 N·m (3.5 in-lbs). Never apply a single blanket torque across both types.
- Compliance
- UL 508A Listed · file E547664 · NFPA 70 (NEC) · CAM-4G: FCC Parts 15, 22, 24 · RoHS · IC RSS-132 & RSS-133
